Gift Certificate
Can I purchase or redeem a gift certificate online?
Yes. We have both paper (mail) and electronic gift certificates (email) available. If you'd like to order one now, click here.
How are gift certificates shipped?
Paper gift certificates are shipped through the United States Postal Service, postage is complimentary.
Is there an expiration date on the certificate?
Your gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I add onto the balance of an existing gift certificate?
No.
Can a gift certificate be exchanged for cash?
No.
What if I lose a gift certificate or would like to know my balance?

What are your terms of service?
Online resale is prohibited without prior Berres Brothers authorization; that Berres Brothers does not accept or fulfill PO’s, and Berres Brothers’ terms supersede any purchasers’ terms unless Berres Brothers provides written acknowledgment that a purchaser’s terms are accepted.
Product Inquiries
I have food allergies. How do I find out whether your coffees are safe for me?
All of our coffees are gluten-free, but SOME of our flavored coffees do contain minimal traces of products linked to food allergies such as sulfites, corn and/or chocolate products. Not ALL of our flavored coffees contain these products, so please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com and we'll check for you specifically.
Can I choose what type of grind I'd like?
Yes! We offer whole bean, drip, espresso and coarse grinds. Simply choose from the drop-down box before you place the coffee in your shopping cart.
How are your coffees decaffeinated?
We use two different decaf methods; the Sugarcane process and the European process. Our Caballo Columbian coffee uses the Sugarcane process and the following coffees use the European process; Awaken, Amaretto, Chocolate Caramel, Chocolate Raspberry, English Toffee, French Caramel Cream, Hazelnut Cream, Highlander Grogg, Irish Cream, Sea Salt Caramel, Southern Pecan Cream, Streusel Cake, and Vanilla Wave Grogg. What coffees do you sell that have a lower acidity?

What is Berres Brothers' return policy?

Do you store my credit card information?
No, Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters does not store your payment or credit card information. All payment details, including credit card information, are securely processed by third-party payment services like Shop Pay. This ensures that your sensitive information is encrypted and managed securely by trusted providers.
What is Shop Pay and how does it work?
Shop Pay is a secure payment service that allows you to save your payment and shipping information for faster and more convenient checkouts in the future. When you use Shop Pay, your details are encrypted and securely stored by Shop Pay, not by Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters. This helps to ensure your information is protected, while giving you the benefit of a streamlined checkout experience.
How do I remove my credit card or unsubscribe from Shop Pay?
If you have saved your payment information through Shop Pay and wish to update or remove it, follow these steps:

Sending a Gift
How do I have a gift order shipped to another address?
Once you begin the checkout process, you'll see a "Shipping Address" section". Enter the gift order destination address there.
How do I include a gift message?
You can enter it in the Notes section on the order screen and we will be happy to handwrite it on a card. You may also call 800-233-5443 and we'll be happy to take your order over the phone to include a gift message?.
How can I check the status of a gift order placed online?
You will need to have your order ID number which is displayed at the top of the order confirmation you received via email, your email address and password. Click here to check your order status now, or you can click the "Order Status" link at the top of the home page.
How can I view my gift recipients?
Once you've created an account, simply log on and click "View Addresses."

What shipping options are available?
We ship USPS and FedEx each business day (Monday–Friday). We only ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. For more information on shipping, click here.
How are shipping charges determined?
Rates are determined directly via USPS and FedEx live data and include handling charges. Special rates apply for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States. Can an order be shipped to an APO/FPO or PO Box address?
Yes, you may make this selection during online check out or by calling 800-233-5443.
Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States?
Yes, we will ship the most economical way. Special shipping rates apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States. Please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com concerning any questions and we’ll make sure to get your order delivered accordingly.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, orders are shipped to one address only. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
Subscriptions
How Does It Work?
Choose from any of our Everyday Coffees for your subscription. Please note that Limited Edition, Pilot Flavors, Gifts and Accessories are not eligible for subscriptions.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
Signing up is easy! Just go to the product page of your preferred everyday coffee, select your size, grind, and caffeine type, and the subscription option will be pre-selected. Add it to your cart.
What delivery options are available for your coffee subscription?
Choose a delivery schedule that works best for you:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly (Every 2 weeks)
- Monthly
- Every 6 weeks
- Bi-monthly (Every 2 months)
- Quarterly (Every 3 months)
How often will I receive my coffee?
Your delivery frequency depends on the schedule you select—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.
How do I manage or change my subscription details?

What are the shipping costs for the subscription?
Shipping costs for each subscription order are based on our standard rates:
- Orders up to $29.99: $8.50 shipping
- Orders $30.00 to $59.99: $6.50 shipping
- Orders $60.00 and over: Free shipping
These rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. For non-contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico) and Canada, different shipping methods and costs may apply.
We use UPS Ground (Economy) and USPS for shipping, with delivery times typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location. Read more on our standard rates here.
Do you offer international shipping for your coffee subscription?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping for subscriptions at this time. Our shipping services are currently available only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico, as well as Canada. For U.S. orders, standard shipping rates apply based on the order total.
Do you offer any discounts for subscribing to the service?
Yes! Enjoy a 15% discount on Everyday Coffee within your subscription. Please note that this discount applies exclusively to subscription orders and other discount codes cannot be combined.
Will I be notified before each shipment is sent?
Yes, we’ll notify you by email three days before your card is charged for each renewal. To ensure you receive all our notifications, please add info@bbcoffee.com to your contact list.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your card is charged when you place your initial order. For future renewals, your card will be charged on the day each renewal is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
For subscription payments, we accept Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Please note that gift certificates cannot be used for subscription payments.
