UPS
We ship United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service each business day. Please keep in mind that orders placed today will be processed to ship Monday thru Saturday.

Please provide complete street address, including apartment or suite number. We are not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are incorrectly entered. Please double-check your order information before submitting the order. Extra charges may be incurred if your package must be intercepted or re-sent by UPS.

If we are not running a shipping special then shipping rates are determined directly via UPS’ current live data and include handling charges. Please allow 3-10 days for ground delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air Saver® are also available during the check-out process. No discounts allowed on these premium rates. Pick Up
Orders will be ready for pick up during next business operating day after 3:00 pm. Pick Up location, Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters 202 Air Park Drive, Watertown, Wisconsin on Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. No Pick Up on weekends or observed holidays. No shipping charges apply. Please call if you need special pick up needs.


United States Post Office
We ship via the United States Postal Service to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii,APO/FPO addresses, or by special request.

Gift Certificates
There is no shipping charge for our paper gift certificates. If you’d like to expedite your paper gift card shipment, please call 800-233-5443, and we’d be happy to make sure it reaches it’s destination as quickly as possible.

Substitutions
In order to meet your desired delivery date, we may substitute similar items of equal value for NON-COFFEE items such as cookie mixes, shortbreads, etc.
