Ingredients:

cups strongly brewed Berres Brothers Espresso
- 1/2
cup
soy sauce
- 10
cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2
tablespoons of freshly ground pepper
- 2
lbs. of meat of choice

Directions:

Mix espresso, soy sauce and garlic in medium, shallow baking dish or pan. Coat meat with pepper and rub in thoroughly. Add to marinade and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning at least twice. Grill or bake as you prefer!
