Ingredients:

strip steaks, about 1 inch thickness

freshly brewed (non-flavored) Berres Brothers coffee
- 2
tablespoon
Berres Brothers Three Peppercorn Steak Rub

Directions:

Combine coffee and spice rub in large bag. Add steaks and turn to coat well. Seal and refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or overnight.
Heat broiler or grill; oil rack of broiler pan and put in broiler to heat.
Take steaks out of marinade. Sprinkle with additional spice rub. Place steaks on hot broiler rack or grill. Broil or grill for 4 - 6 minutes on each side, or until done as desired.
