Peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2
tablespoon
Orange zest
- 8
Whole cloves
- 2
teaspoon
Cinnamon sticks
- 1
Of your favorite hot peppers

Directions:

Mix all ingredients; chill 20 minutes.
Prepare grill.
Remove the shrimp from bowl; discard liquid. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Thread 6-8 shrimp onto each of 12 (12-inch) skewers.
Place the skewers on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are done.
Serve with your favorite flatbread or party crackers.
